Terms of Use
These terms apply to this website. They are not a contract for services: any work we do for you is covered by a separate signed agreement.
Effective date: October 9, 2026
Who we are
This website, immediacorp.com, is operated by I & M Media Corp., a Wyoming corporation (“IM Media”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Site content and intellectual property
The text, design, graphics and code on this site belong to I & M Media Corp. or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Project pages may show the names, logos and screenshots of other businesses. Those belong to their respective owners and are shown to illustrate our work.
Inquiries are not a contract
Sending us an inquiry, booking a consult or receiving a quote does not create a contract or a client relationship. Any work we do is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides, and the terms of that agreement, including price, scope and schedule, apply to that work.
Third-party links
This site links to websites we do not control, such as the live sites of projects we have worked on. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those sites.
No warranties
This site is provided “as is” and “as available”, for general information only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the site or its content, including that it is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I & M Media Corp. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date above.
