Privacy Policy
The short version: we set no cookies and do no tracking or analytics. We only collect what you type into the contact form, and we only use it to reply to you. The contact page uses a spam check from Cloudflare, explained below.

Who we are
This website is operated by I & M Media Corp., a Wyoming corporation (“IM Media”, “we”, “us”), based in California. This policy covers this website, immediacorp.com.
What we collect and why
We collect personal information only when you send the contact form. The form asks for:
- Your name and email address, so we can reply
- Your business name, if you choose to give it
- A budget range and the services you are interested in, if you choose to select them
- Your message
We use this information to reply to your inquiry and, if we go on to work together, to manage the project. Please do not put sensitive personal information in the form.
How it is processed and stored
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you send the contact form, Cloudflare processes it on our behalf: it checks the submission and delivers it by email to our inbox, which is provided by Google. The website itself does not keep a copy. Like any web host, Cloudflare may also log technical details such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.Cloudflare’s privacy policyand Google’s privacy policyexplain how they handle that data.
Spam check on the contact page
To keep bots from abusing the form, the contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile from challenges.cloudflare.com. Turnstile looks at technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser characteristics, to decide whether a visitor is a person. To do this it may store a small item in your browser under Cloudflare’s own domain. We receive only a pass or fail result. Turnstile runs only on the contact page, and Cloudflare’s privacy policy, linked above, covers it.
Cookies and tracking
We set no cookies. This site runs no analytics, advertising or social media trackers, and its fonts and images are served from the site itself. The only third-party service loaded by any page is the Cloudflare spam check on the contact page, described above.
Do Not Track
We do not track visitors over time or across other websites, so this site behaves the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. We do not authorize third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use this site.
No sale or sharing of personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose it only to the service providers that run this site and deliver the form to us (Cloudflare for hosting, form processing and the spam check; Google for email), or where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries only as long as needed to respond and for our business records, then delete them.
Access and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by sending a request through the contact form. We may need to confirm the request using the email address you originally gave us.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
